Kit Serological diagnosis of Myxomatosis (KIT IZSLER Code 72671)
The kit is supplied for the analysis of 300 sera at four 4 dilution (titre till≥ 1/1280) or 1200 sera at the dilution 1/10 (negative/positive).
The kit is supplied as reagents with instructions that include the interpretation of the results. The ELISA plates, buffers and OPD (the substrate for peroxidase) are not included in the kit.This is not yet officially validated.
